Martin Waldron founded In-Form Consult in 1987 as a consultancy group specialising in assisting organisations in applying the then emerging Document Management technologies of imaging and workflow to improve core business processes. He was previously with Xionics and in 1986 was responsible for the launch of the first UK commercial PC based Document Imaging System. The success of this, then innovative technology, made him aware of the market need for end user advice in order to effectively exploit these. In-Form Consult is now established as a leading consultancy group that provide a range of consultancy services, training and publications to the Document and Information Management field.

Martin is recognised as one of the leading figures in the UK Document Management market. He has an established record in supporting companies in developing a strategy that is both practical to build on existing practices and constraints but provides both early business process improvement and identified opportunities to introduce a re-engineering of processes for long term substantial benefit. His work has been primarily in financial, services, government and engineering sectors.

Martin is a regular presenter at national and international conferences and also a Visiting Fellow at Richmond College - the American University in London where he was responsible for the development of the Information Management modules of the MBA course.
